For submissions, please fill out the form below, copy it and e-mail it to me. This way I don't have to get back to you to bother you with additional questions.
Please note that I am not a shop. My collection is not for sale. Occasionaly I do have a few items for sale, please check my eBay listings. If it is not listed there, I am not selling it. Also, due to the amount of requests to copy items for people, I must say no to all these requests.

As for image submissions, I prefer big images I can resize myself, though they don't have to be 15 MB each. Scans are preferred over photographs. Please scan all items, including survey cards, advertisements, or similar (one side of these items will do).
