Famitsu Capcom Vol. 2

The DVD contains Bio Hazard Deadly Silence and Biohazard 4 (PS2) trailers and gameplay footage. The DVD came with the February 17 2006 issue of Weekly Famitsu, which was in reality published on February 3. It comes sealed inside a cardboard page in the magazine together with an Onimusha Dawn of Dreams and Okami trial edition disc (SLPM 61142).
