PlayStation 3 Special Demo Disc
The demo came bundled with Japanese PS3 consoles from 2008.12.18. Buyers could choose between two different demos. One red, and one white. Only the white disc came with a playable demo of Biohazard 5. It came with a booklet and an insert.
