Notes

The German edition came with a manual, an ad for the guide book, and a precautions booklet. A sticker on the front stated that the game is only for sale to adults. Purple triangle on the spine. Later copies came with a blue USK sticker covering the printed yellow logo, although they are both rated 16.

All the European editions came with the same discs even though the matrix codes may be different, but with localized inserts and other paper items.
