Notes

The Italian limited edition came in a steelbook inside a plastic slip case. There is a sticker from the distributor on the front, and an SIAE sticker on the back. It came with a DVD featuring a making of video and the Resident Evil Degeneration TGS 2008 trailer. All European editions came with the same discs (HD87018-00EUR and DVDRE5-BONUS).
