The first print of the American edition came with a cardboard slipcover. Only the plastic case was sealed. Later pressings released without the slipcover were otherwise identical to the first pressing.

The extra contents could only be downloaded using a code from the included voucher, unlike the PS3 edition which had it on the disc.

Looking at different pictures, there appears to be two minor variants of the slipcover, where one has a white background in the NTSC logo in the upper right corner on the front. This however may just depend on the angle of the camera and light.
