The box set contains Resident Evil 4 (Greatest Hits) (SLUS 21134GH), Resident Evil Code: Veronica X (Greatest Hits) (SLUS 20184GH), and Resident Evil Outbreak (Greatest Hits) (SLUS 20765GH).

There are two variants of this box set. The one shown on this page is the second edition. It only came in an slipcover, missing the inner box from the first edition. As a result, the thickness is smaller, about 4.5 cm. The easiest way to tell the two boxes apart is by the hand under the Capcom logo on the front cover; It is missing on the reissue.

Unlike the original Greatest Hits releases, none of the game cases in this box came with Memory Card holders, though the cases are PlayStation branded.

Compared to the original Greatest Hits releases, Resident Evil Code: Veronica X (Greatest Hits) and Resident Evil Outbreak (Greatest Hits) have had their addresses on the back changed from Capcom Entertainment to Capcom U.S.A. Inserts, manuals, and disc labels seem to be otherwise identical. It is not known if these variants were also released separately, or only in this box set.

Resident Evil Outbreak (Greatest Hits) came with a black label disc. It is not know if they all came with that disc, or if some also came with red label Greatest Hits discs. Curiously, the original Greatest Hits edition of the game also came with different discs.

Resident Evil 4 (Greatest Hits) is almost identical to the reprint of the original release without Memory Card holder, including the Capcom Entertainment address on the back of the case. However, the address has been changed to Capcom U.S.A. on the back of the manual.

The exact time of release is unknown, but judging by the address change from Capcom Entertainment to Capcom U.S.A. on the back of the box, it must have been released in 2013 or later.
