This edition was released in the UK and Scandinavia, and perhaps other European countries, and came with a manual, a product catalog, a Konami catalog, and a survey/ registration card. It came with the same disc as the other PAL editions.

The product catalog advertises guide books in different languages (English, French, German, and Italian), the European soundtrack CD, and a graphic novel which was never released.

The game was also distributed in Australia with an MA15+ ratings sticker on the front.
