Special Limited Edition sticker on the front (but you may wonder how limited that really is - it could be found everywhere). Special cardboard case inside a cardboard cover. The DVD itself was probably used for all Scandinavian versions, but the case is different for each country. My copy is released in Norway only, so the case has Norwegian text. Subtitles in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, English, Icelandic (indicates which countries this was released in).
The matrix code appears twice (with a 1 changed to a 2) because a dual layer DVD requires two masters.
