Norwegian reissue released in 2006 as written on the back. Same discs used for the other Scandinavian releases, and maybe also in Spain and Portugal. The artwork on the disc states it was released in 2005 through Columbi Tristar, but they probably did not edit the disc artwork from the previous release (though I'm not sure, as I have not seen it).
