This version was released in several European countries. There are German and French ratings logos on the back, and the inserts are also in Dutch and Spanish. The only difference on the front insert is the code at the bottom; on this version the last letter is a B.
The game includes a manual, a Silent Hill product catalog, a Konami 1999 Software Catalog, and a Konami registration form. The product catalog shows guide books in different languages (English, French, German, and Italian), the European soundtrack CD, and a graphic novel (which was never released).
