Appears that they used the same (multilanguage) discs for all European versions, but some countries had special made inserts in their own language. This is the German version. I display the discs on this page because I don't have other images for the English version.
Includes the extra UFO ending and "Born From A Wish" minigame, which includes new weapons (a chinese cleaver and a revolver), other items, new areas and added story.
