Re-release of Silent Hill 2, excluding the "Making of" DVD, but added game features, which is a Maria mini game with new weapons (chinese cleaver and revolver) and new puzzles and one new character, and a sixth ending, the UFO ending. All European versions come with the same disc, but with special made artwork for some regions. This is the Dutch version.
"Director's Cut" is the European name for the PS2 re-release. In USA it is "Greatest Hits", and in Japan it is "Saigo Na Uta."
