Factory-pressed in-house reference CD, no text printed or written on the disc. The CD is just the standard retail pressing, except they didn't print on the disc, either to save money or time, or both. (Pressing and screen-printing is a two-part process.) The disc is housed in a die-cut paper sleeve (may have been added by the seller). The front artwork has been printed on a regular piece of paper, with the tracklist and release details, such as the release date, August 19 2002, and the order number with the distributor, 700342 LC 03159, printed on the back (LC stands for Label Code, which helps the distributor to find releases by label). Also attached to the artwork/ tracklist paper is a biography in German. A shorter note with a biography and release details in English was also included with the one disc found, this was probably not used in Germany along with the other papers with German text, but included with copies sent out elsewhere in Europe. The text CD 003420 ACE is the order number with the international distributor, ACE Distribution and Logistics Service. The discs were used for, as suggested by the order numbers, to promote the disc to retailers so that they would place advance orders. This would have been handled by the distributor, Warner Music Group Germany GmbH in Germany, or ACE elsewhere. Only one copy has been found so far.
