Factory-pressed in-house reference CD with handwritten text on the disc. The CD is just the standard retail pressing, except they didn't print on the disc, either to save money or time, or both. (Pressing and screen-printing is a two-part process.) The L382 part of the matrix refers to the LBR used to master the disc, even though proper LBR IFPI codes weren't introduced yet. Black and white print of the back inlay with added handwritten text; "CONFIDENTIAL!!!", which suggests that the tracklist should not be leaked). There is also a handwritten catalog number written over the printed catalog number. The artwork was initially created in USA, so they probably printed what they received from USA without making the proper amendments. The US catalog number would then be on the insert, missing an S compared to the Canadian.
