This is most likely just the retail CD GFSTD 71 which was going to be made, however, CD-R acetates would maybe have been made. I keep the original text below here just in case.
CD promo or CD-R acetate for in-house reference made in UK. This one had all the tracks from the single (or maybe just Pennyroyal Tea and Where Did You Sleep Last Night), and was supposedly mentioned in Goldmine magazine, so there's a chance this one might have existed.
