The pressing plant identified from the matrix code is a pressing plant in the Czech Republic, GZ Vinyl. It's unsure what this actually is; it's not a test pressing for an official Hormoaning 12", but it can be a sample requested by a record label. However, that logic is better applied to the one-off Nevermind 7" picture disc made by the same plant. It's harder to imagine what this sample was made for. The sticker adds further confusion.
Along with the one-off Scratch It Out/ Bikini Twilight 12" made by the same pressing plant, this was found in Japan. Both these two have all the tracks on one side.
