Black vinyl, plain white labels. White die-cut sleeve. Both songs are on side A, nothing is pressed on side B. A phony looking K records sticker on the sleeve informs which band and which tracks are on, and the catalog number. This appeared on eBay once in January 2002.
The pressing plant identified from the matrix code is a pressing plant in the Czech Republic, GZ Vinyl. It's unsure what this actually is; it's not a test pressing for a Go Team 12", but it can be a sample requested by a record label. However, that logic is better applied to the one-off Nevermind 7" picture disc made by the same plant. It's harder to imagine what this sample was made for. The sticker adds further confusion.
The seller said he got it while in Japan, where also another one-off vinyl from the same plant was found, a Hormoaning 12".
