"The 10 1990 LP was not authorized by Earth's frontman Dylan Carlson, and therefore falls under the category of a bootleg. It was released in May 2000 by Anja Records in an edition of 360 individually hand-numbered copies on 12" clear vinyl. Around seven test pressings were made, all on black vinyl with white labels. The songs were bootlegged from DAT's stolen from Dylan by former bandmate, who refuses to hand over the tapes.
Of interest to Nirvana fans is the vocal work done by Dylan's best friend Kurt Cobain, on the tracks Divine And Bright (mislabelled on this LP as Divine Bright Extraction) and A Bureaucratic Desire For Revenge.
These recordings did get to see an official release in November 2001, through the small label No Quarter Records, on their CD re-issue Sunn Amps And Smashed Guitars Live."
