The disc label is dated 2001.03.23, but the files indicate that the disc was already prepared on 2000.11.23. It contains a large amount of various artwork, screenshots for PS1, DC, PC, and GBC, handdrawn sketches, box shots, logos, models, developer photos, and a teaser trailer.

It came in a jewelcase with a black tray and a TDK CD-R back insert, though it has not been verified that it originally came in this case.

The handwritten number on the disc was written by the recipient.
