Notes

The German mail-order edition came with three Bild-labeled discs and a manual. It may also have come with a Bild Hit Games advertisement sheet or some other kind of card.

The rating system was amended in April 2003, and USK rating 12 changed from yellow to green logo. The green USK sticker on the front as shown in image 1 was probably attached by a retailer, but the different type of green sticker seen on the back in image 3 may have been officially attached by the distributor from April 2003 and on.
