The big box collectors edition contains a special case with Alone In The Dark U Posledney Cherty DVD-ROM game disc and soundtrack CD, a detailed manual, Alone In The Dark Po Tu Storonu Koshmara DVD-ROM game, an art book, a T-shirt with fluorescent coating, a poster, a plastic bag, and a flashlight with keychain.

The included copy of Alone In The Dark Po Tu Storonu Koshmara has identical front and back art as the 2007 release, but the print error on the disc has been corrected so it now says PC DVD-ROM. The advertisements on the back of the front insert are probably also new, as they are the same as the regular edition of Alone In The Dark U Posledney Cherty.
