The American regular edition came in a thin cardboard box, supported by a sturdy, plain brown cardboard box inside. It contains a thick case with three discs, front and back inserts, and a manual.

The outer box has a different catalog number and barcode to the limited edition release, but the discs and inserts seem to be the same in both editions.
