Notes

The Italian edition came in a big box with a jewelcase, a large manual, and possibly other paper items. The box came with a Halifax sticker on the front (despite having a printed Halifax logo) and an SIAE sticker on the back. The jewelcase has the same generic front and back inserts as all the other European big box releases.
