The Norwegian edition came with a manual, a Nintendo catalog, a precautions booklet, and probably also a VIP card.
The inlay is the same as the European/ British inlay, but the manual is in English and Norwegian, labeled IM-DOL-GEDP-UNO. The back of the manual has the address to the Norwegian distributor.
