Notes

The disc contains a Forbidden Siren demo, trailer, and making of video. While the disc looks slightly different to the regular edition, both discs contain the same data. They also share the same insert.

The insert had to be cut out from a page in the magazine. The disc came loose or in a white paper sleeve inside the magazine.
