Exclusive to Italy, the Joel Edition was included in a bigger Joel Collector's Edition. The big box is sealed with a clear sticker and has a barcode sticker. It contains The Last Of Us (Joel Edition) and the following additional contents:

  • Baseball cap
  • PlayStation 3 skin
  • PlayStation Plus subscription card

A variant of the box set replaced the baseball cap with a T-shirt and an iPhone cover.
