This appears to be a later print of the bundle edition, with a black PlayStation Official Product sticker starting with H50. An instructions sheet was included. It is the only edition to have been seen with a black sticker and SIE disc, and so far it has only been seen in Malaysia. It also came with a white bundle sticker and a Sony Malaysia sticker. It may have been bundled with a PlayStation 4 or a game bundle.
