The limited box set contains:

- Tsukihamiya Senkyokushuu CD soundtrack (KTGS-S0624CD)
- Rougetsutou Tsuisou-roku novel hardcover book
- Two A4 clear files
Neither the box nor the included game seem to have the sticker advertising the DLC.
The soundtrack title translates to Lunar Eclipse Night Selection. 153 songs could also be downloaded until 2026.03.08. The novel title translates to Memoirs of Rougetsu Island.
Unlike this Switch box set, there was no box set with the PS4 game included inside. A box without the game could be purchased in addition to the PS4 game.
There were multiple pre-order items available from different stores. Copies pre-ordered from Gamecity included three bromide prints; KT SPOT Online Shop included an A4 clear file; Animate included three bagdes; AmiAmi included an acrylic keychain; ebten included a B3 tapestry; Neowing included a bookmark; Book-Off included a PET card; Melonboks included a different acrylic keychain; Yorozuya Shop Bikki Takarajima included a postcard; Rakuten Books included a microfiber cloth; and WonderGOO included a canvas art. These items can be seen on the page for the regular Switch edition.
