The disc contains a five minutes long talk among two developers of Biohazard 0, Biohazard 0 and Eternal Darkness commercials in a GameCube lineup feature, and clips of both games in another Nintendo feature.

This particular version came with a Nintendo booklet featuring several upcoming games, and was given out for free in stores. The disc came in a paper sleeve attached inside the booklet. The same disc was distributed in three other packagings; Biohazard 0 version, Final Fantasy version, and Tsutaya version.
