The second disc contains the Biohazard Outbreak coin laundry TV commercial, along with the PS2 The Best commercial which also appeared on PurePure 2 Volume 11.

The PurePure series was distributed to members of the PlayStation Club. Pu-re Pu-re is a play on words, and can be taken to be short for Preview Play.
