The DVD was a bonus for pre-ordering Resident Evil Code: Veronica X (SLES 50306) at certain stores in Australia. The artwork is similar to the European versions, but there are several errors on the back such as overlapping text. There are no subtitles even though the back insert claims there are.

The disc also contains a Resident Evil Code: Veronica X trailer.
