The tape contains a Biohazard/Set video. It starts with scenes from the opening of Biohazard 3 Last Escape, followed by an excerpt from a press conference with Shinji Mikami, then footage from what appears to be a Biohazard 2 musical.

Capcom Friendly Club was Capcom's official fanclub. Members received videotapes and newsletters with gaming news. It started in April 1996 and ended in April 2001. 16 volumes were released. The three first tapes came in cardboard cases, while the rest came in clear plastic cases with inserts.
