The second (?) British edition came with a manual and a precautions booklet. Except for the second German edition, all PAL editions came with the same discs.

There is another British edition with a larger Capcom logo and "2 Discs" text on the front. I have also seen a cover with a large Capcom logo without the "2 Discs" text, but that may just have been pre-release art and not an actual scan.
