The British first edition came with a manual and a Nintendo precautions booklet. All European first editions came with the same disc.

The first edition came with a black, red, and silver disc. A later reprint came with the same cover insert, but with a grey-themed disc label. An even later reprint came with a slightly different arrangement on the back cover, and with the same grey-themed disc label as the second edition.
