This is a first edition of the game with a misprinted game disc. The discs were screen printed, meaning that the different colors were printed one at a time, first red, then black. The black screen was never printed on this disc. It came packed with artwork, manual, and Resident Evil 2 Demo as all other copies. A warranty registration form is attached inside the manual.
