Lost Releases - Resident Evil 4 Limited Edition Pak

The box bundling the game with a Resident Evil 4 branded Nintendo GameCube console and a promo disc was released in multiple European countries with some variations.

The outer box used in the UK is different to the box used elsewhere in Europe. It has green flaps labeled C/GB-DOL-S-PLKU-UKV. The box has BBFC classification stickers on the front and on the back, even though there already is one printed on the front of the box. The original barcode is covered with a barcode sticker, 045496 371289.

The plastic bag contains the GameCube Manual, and advertisement for the strategy guide, a Capcom registration card, and some Nintendo VIP cards and advertisements.

The game came with a manual, a Nintendo VIP card, a precautions booklet, a survey/ registration card, and a double-sided advertisement sheet. The discs are labeled DL-DOL-G4BD-0-UKV and DL-DOL-G4BD-1-UKV.

The promo disc contains a making of Resident Evil 4 video and a trailer, GameCube trailers of Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 Nemesis, Resident Evil Code: Veronica X, and Resident Evil 0, and a Metroid Prime 2 Echoes demo. The contents are the same as on the general European disc (DL-DOL-D4BP-EUR).
