This release combines a regular black label cover insert with a Greatest Hits disc, packed in a red case like Greatest Hits releases. It came with two manuals; one in English and one in French. The French manual was probably placed on the back of the case and shrinkwrapped to it, acting as the back insert with barcode. This was normal with Canadian releases.

Too many of these have been found for it to be a disc mix-up by a gamer or used video game store. It seems it was actually released as this, but when is unknown.
