Unlike the European lenticular editions, the Australian lenticular edition came with the standard game inside the slipcover and not a dedicated print with a new barcode. A barcode sticker on the back of the slipcover covers the original barcode. It also has two stickers on the front; one advertising the included download code for Resident Evil 4 remaster and an Australian age rating sticker.

The lenticular edition was exclusive to EB Games. It contains a DLC sheet for Survival Pack 1.
