The box set collects Biohazard 3 Last Escape (Chinese Edition) (5306.01000.003) with Resident Evil (CPC.BIOD1).

The Biohazard 3 Last Escape (Chinese Edition) box is nearly identical to the individual release, but the catalog number is slightly different. It is unknown if this box also contains the Japanese soundtrack.

This edition of Resident Evil was only manufactured for this box set and there was no individual release variant. It came in a cardboard box housing an inner box which repeats "Biohazard 3" over and over. The disc came in a jewelcase with a manual but no back insert.
