Italian and Spanish Steelbook edition. The metal case came inside a plastic slipcase. A DLC sheet with a code for the Elza costume pack was included, as advertised by the sticker on the front. Copies sold in Italy also came with an SIAE sticker on the front. It did not come with a manual, but a white information sheet, and perhaps also a black sheet.
