German lenticular case edition. The game case came inside a plastic slipcase with a lenticular front cover showing either Leon or Claire depending on the view angle, and a transparent back. A USK sticker was put on the front. It did not come with a manual.

Unlike the other European lenticular case editions, the German release came with the exact same game case as the regular edition.
