The first print of the Japanese edition came with the Darkside Report booklet and a slipcover based on a black design to contrast the usual white Wii case. An orange sticker on the case indicates that it contains Darkside Report. It seems there are no other differences between the first print and later copies without the booklet.
The cover insert and the disc are different to those which came with Biohazard The Darkside Chronicles (Collector's Package). The manual, registration card, Club Nintendo card, Wii controls card, Law's single advertisement, and Terminator Salvation movie advertisement are identical.
Copies pre-ordered from e-Capcom came with a leather strap with a bullet charm as long as stock lasted.
There is a similar slipcover without a barcode, instead stating that it is a display case and that there is no disc inside. This was never sold with the game, just used for display in shops.
