There are at least three variants of the American release. The first edition came without anything printed below the ESRB rating logo. The reprint shown on this page had "Online Interactions Not Rated By ESRB" printed below it, both on the front and on the back. They seem to be otherwise identical, including the barcode, disc label, and manual. A later edition did not come with a manual, only a sheet with a link to an online manual.

This edition was bundled with a gun and knife. Several copies have been found with a white sticker covering the barcode on the back. Those are probably the copies from the bundle, but that has not been confirmed.
