Notes

The guide book came in a dust cover and a large obi band, and a map of the town was attached inside. It also came with a registration card.

The guide was made by Famitsu, published by Konami, and distributed by Aspect. The guide was reprinted in 2002 with a Konami logo in the upper left corner on the dust cover.
