Silent Hill Zero + Butcher

The initial copies sold by Konamistyle Japan was bundled with a crystal art Butcher figure. The game came with a manual and an online registration form.

The Butcher came in a black box with a magnetic lid and a sticker on the side. A small piece of foam was included to protect the part of the Butcher which is exposed to the lid. The black box came inside a white slipcover.
