Two slight variations exist of the American black label edition. The original release, as shown on this page, featured a silver finish on the front, while later pressings featured a higher contrast black and white. A registration card is attached inside the manual. The game was sealed with a top-spine sticker.

Various release dates have been reported for this game. Any date in January is impossible, as the files on the disc are dated 1999.02.10. A press release dated 1999.02.23 stated For Immediate Release, so I assume that is the correct release date.
