Silent Hill 3 + Special Mini Sound Track

Notes

The Japanese first edition came with Silent Hill 3 Special Mini Sound Track CD, a manual, and a survey/ registration card. It also came with a silver sticker on the front, advertising the CD. The CD came in a plastic pouch secured to a page in the manual.

For a limited time, Konamistyle Japan bundled the game with Lost Memories, two posters, and Silent Hill 3 Drawing Block.

It was later released without the soundtrack CD.
