The two 12" records came in a gatefold sleeve with an obi. The inner sleeves are black. The records are on 180 gram black vinyl. It was released at the same time as the snowfall edition, in identical packaging.

On May 22nd 2017, Mondo announced that the black edition would be re-stocked for release the following Wednesday, 2017.05.31. On February 19th 2018, it was again announced to be re-stocked for release on 2018.02.21. The different pressings seem to be identical. It has since gone out of stock again, and it does not look like Mondo are planning to re-stock the black vinyl edition.
