The CD promo came sealed in a slimline case with a white tray, and was handed handed out at press events in Europe. It appears to have been made in Taiwan, judging by the mould IFPI code. The fact that they were sealed, came in white cases typical for Japanese promo discs (whether they are made in Japan or Taiwan), and have a KNM catalog number in the matrix code also suggest that the discs are of Asian origin.

It is slightly different to the American and European CD-R promos. It comes in a different kind of slimline case, where there is no room for the flap on the front insert. The front artwork is slightly different to the two others as a result, the Konami logo and some text has been moved. The insert can still be opened to reveal lyrics to the vocal tracks.
